Sixteen Guidelines Meditation Course
From 2 June, 6 online sessions with Margo van Greta
"The 16 Guidelines soften the heart, just as water wears away a stone, so the 16 Guidelines gradually and gently change the mind and educate the heart in a new way of being." course participant, 2024
Over these 6 sessions, the 16 Guidelines Meditations course explores how the mind works. We aim to gradually let go of destructive patterns of thought and behaviour while developing self-confidence and a compassionate connection with others.
We reflect on our attitudes, perceptions, and emotional patterns. By exploring the workings of our own minds, we begin to see how deeply connected our inner and outer realities truly are. We examine both logical and scientific perspectives for greater clarity, deeper understanding and steady kindness.
The sessions include meditations, short teachings, and discussions.
"We meditate to investigate the basic energy we already have, the energy of our body, speech, and mind: what is it, where does it come from, why does it do what it does?" Lama Yeshe
Dates: June 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, July 7
Time: 7.30-9pm BST (UK)
Online on Zoom
