Awareness of Death
Online mini retreat 2-4 June
with Margo van Greta

For many people Death is a topic they prefer to ignore. Yet the reality is: everyone will die. The awareness of death can help you to make the most of your current life, focussing on what is important. It can helps to direct our attention towards your spiritual practice by strengthening your motivation.
The actual moment of death is very important, as it will link you to your future lives. We will prepare for this moment. This can help you during the actual death of yourself or others.

We will use  meditations from the sutra and tantra, which includes:
  • Continuity of Consciousness
  • Change and Impermanence
  • Nine part Death Meditation
  • Esoteric meditation on the Aspects of Death
