Weekend Retreats
Booking
When booking for a weekend retreat, please donate a £30 deposit to secure your place. The remaining donation needs to be made the latest 4 weeks before the retreat.
Cancellation
If you have to cancel a retreat
If we have to cancel a retreat:
Sometimes we have to cancel retreats due to unforeseen circumstances or low numbers. We will do our best to notify you of this two weeks before the start date of your retreat, and give you a full refund.
Weekly Classes
Booking
When booking for a weekly class please donate a £30 deposit to secure your place.
The remaining fee needs to be given the latest two weeks before the class.
Cancellation
If you cancel a class
If we have to cancel a class:
Sometimes we have to cancel class due to unforeseen circumstances or low numbers. We will do our best to notify you of this oneweek before the start date of your class, and give you a full refund.

Cancellation
If you have to cancel a retreat
- If you cancel more than four weeks before the retreat start date, we will refund the amount you have donated less the deposit as the deposit is non-refundable. If you have donated only the deposit, we are unable to offer any refund.
- If you cancel within four weeks of the retreat start date, we will refund 50% of your donation after deducting the deposit as the deposit is non-refundable.
- If you cancel within one week of the retreat, we are unable to refund any of your donation, unless your place can be filled from the waiting list
- If you cancel after the retreat has commenced, we are unable to refund any of your donation
