- Loving Kindness: loving and accepting both ourselves and others.
- Equanimity: Exploring our likes, dislikes and indifference to people around us.
- Tong Len, or Giving and Taking, a powerful practice using the breath to deal with the suffering in the world. Very appropriate since it connects with the theme of Easter.
- Compassion, using a simple Chenrezig practice, using visualisation and mantra to deepen and strengthen our compassion.
